Recipe for 2 cups of Smoothie

  • 2 cups2 oz baby spinach, lightly packed
  • ~ flesh of 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
  • 2 tsp of coconut sugar if you feel necessary
  • 1 tbs fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes


Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
