Dr. Paulina Giraldo-Pérez

Paulina was born and raised in Medellín, Colombia. -Yes, arepa and the air of the Andes run on her DNA.  While concluding her degree in Ecology, Behaviour, and Evolution at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Paulina faced a severe lung infection that led her to abandon the traditional pharmaceutical-led medicine. She transformed her lifestyle by applying evolutionary and bioanthropological principles from her studies, fundamentally reshaping her life and vision. While working in a UCLA ecology and genetics lab, Paulina adopted daily habits that fostered sustained energy, clarity, and optimal health. This laid the groundwork for Konciencia, where she turned scientific theory into practical mastery. Paulina dove deeper into science and completed her Postgrad Diploma in Science, Masters in Science and Ph.D. in the University of Auckland, New Zealand. She focused on answering ecological and behavioural questions using genetics and other molecular biology techniques.

For two decades, she has applied her knowledge and passion for health optimisation to help others. Konciencia was born from her realisation that this work was her true calling (a Joseph Campbell’s kind of hero’s journey).

Dr. Pauli now dedicates her life to becoming the best version of herself and helping her children and other amazing individuals do the same.

Dr. Raphael Aggio

Dr. Raphael Aggio is a biologist and data scientist with an extraordinary journey that blends scientific innovation with a passion for helping people regain their health. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Raphael began his career in electronics and programming, but his love for nature and connection to life led him to study biology at the prestigious Federal University of Santa Catarina. There, he explored diverse fields such as marine biology, neurobiology, and biophysics while honing his skills in computational tools. His career took off when the University of Auckland invited him to optimize data analysis in metabolomics, where he developed groundbreaking algorithms that reduced months of work to minutes. This success earned him direct entry into a PhD program, where he delved deeper into biochemistry, metabolism, and systems biology. His research paved the way for significant advancements, including diagnostic algorithms for cancer and chronic diseases, resulting in patented medical technologies. Today, Raphael is the co-founder of Konciencia, a transformative project inspired by his success in helping friends and family overcome challenges such as diabetes and autoimmune disorders. With decades of experience in biology, programming, and practical applications, Dr. Aggio empowers people to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized, science-based solutions. With a profound understanding of the human body and a passion for life balance, Dr. Raphael Aggio is here to guide you toward energy, confidence, and true health transformation.
